Easter at this hotel was an amazing experience. The first thing I liked was the warm welcome we received upon arrival - a bottle of fizz and a card in our room for the occasion. The other fact that impressed me was the variety of pools available, they were absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with everything conveniently located in the middle of everything. But the best aspect of all was definitely the food. The restaurants offered a wide variety of choices and the staff were accommodating to dietary restrictions, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
There were a few things that I disliked. the check-in process was quite slow and we had to wait for quite a while before being taken to our rooms.

Good news! This hotel is a gem. the exclusive amenities and luxurious needs were fulfilled during our stay. the Spa & wellness centre was top notch and the Sauna was a great addition to our experience. There was a Swimming pool for everyone's taste, the Jacuzzi was so relaxing and the Steam bath was the perfect finish to a day in the sun. the Live entertainment was spectacular and the Massage was very professional. the room advantages were exclusive and made us feel very important. the Breakfast was exquisite and the Outdoor dining area had a great atmosphere. Our only minor issue was with the Restaurant buffet where the variety was a bit limited for a 5-star hotel. the Poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite and the Bar/Lounge area was the perfect spot to relax with a drink. the All inclusive package was well worth it and the private facilities were exclusive. the location advantages were also great with easy access to the rest of the island. We will definitely be returning to this hotel! .

The animation team were the best except for the manager of the team. The layout was beautiful and clean, and the sports and activities were great. The spa was very relaxing, the massages sre something to mention. The main restaurant staff was amazing especially manager Nikos. He understood Five star. We also went over easter and decided to see an orthodox church, that was fantastic. The guest relations staff promptly got us a taxi each time we needed it, and told us best places to go etc.
He told his staff on our last day that there was no need to entertain us or speak with us because we were "already" happy customers. That's just rude. The main restaurant's short manager came and yelled at me for eating in the lobby, while others were feeding there kids because I had some of there plates. Tanya from guest relations came and swept my plate away before I was done with my breakfast. The maids on our final day knocked on our door 4 times to see when we'd be leaving. The bartender told us "hold on" until we signed for our drinks before we started drinking them..I'm thinking if we can stay at this hotel, we can afford a €7 drink. That was not 5 star.

Perfect family holiday. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty of pools for the kids and also the kids club was pretty good too.

Excellent food choice. Many activities on site. Weather was fabulous!
Very impersonal. Poor customer service. Not enough staff or 'equipment' for the number of guests, eg - sunbeds, glasses, plates. Vast complex.

This was an excellent resort for families and would recommend the all inclusive option for those not doing more than 1 or 2 excursions during a week or more vacation.

Nice place, huge pool, exeptionnal staff (nice, helpful, available)
Far too many people, facilities cannot cope with the number of guests - Queue for breakfast, lunch, dinner - Not enough sunbeds at the pool, must fight to get a spoon, cup, teapot... Food is very basic, customers rude, arrogant, have no manners whatsoever and only think of eating and drinking all day long (never seen so much fat/sqm). A disaster. Deifinitely not a 5* hotel !

Excellent hotel for a family vacation. The pools are excellent, definatly a 5 star hotel. The staff are great and the food...
As with most hotels...finding a seat close to the pool after 10 am is difficult.

The resort catered for all ages, with fun activities if you wished or quiet areas if you didn't. The food was good, the staff were friendly and very helpful.
The fact you had to pay for a sunbed on the private hotel beach, not sure why.
